Bio

Terra started Doula Minnesota to support families from all walks of life. Trained in Bali, Indonesia with DONA International, she has worked with doulas from 13 different countries and supported over 140 births across the Twin Cities since early 2015. With a strong background in healthcare related non-profits, she spent 5 years providing support to families and children through her work at Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest. Terra is a trained Prenatal and Baby Yoga teacher and started providing Postpartum Doula services in 2017 after training with Childbirth International. She is a Childbirth Educator at Blooma and teaches both 4 week and express childbirth ed courses. Terra is an active volunteer for the Childbirth Collective and Everyday Miracles. Her passion for supporting families led her to start Doula Minnesota LLC in 2017 and she is thrilled to continue to offer professional doula and prenatal yoga services across Minneapolis and St. Paul.
