Bio

I am co-owner, with my husband, of Fit studio, in St. Louis Park, MN. I have four children ranging in age from 7 to 15 years old. I have always been passionate about fitness as I helped my husband run our gym from behind the scenes for many years. As my youngest became school age I transferred into private training. Over the past few years I have become Precision Nutrition certified to better help clients figure out a path forward in terms of better nutrition and health. I have also become certified as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist because I had personally struggled with my core after so many children. I have studied several different methods for working with abdominal separation, known as Diastasis Recti, and feel that with this current certification, I finally have the tools to make real change happen for others.

Special experience

I have had 4 children and continued working out through the pregnancies and beyond. I experienced diastasis recti and learned how to heal it and manage core pressure and help other women with this particular challenge.
