Bio

I’m Ashley Johnson, RN, IBCLC. My interest in breastfeeding began with my career as a NICU nurse, where breast milk was priceless for our fragile little humans. This desire to learn more grew as I felt both the joys and challenges of breastfeeding my own children, while also working as a postpartum nurse. I continue to provide lactation services at a children’s hospital, where I love helping mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals- usually beginning with expressing milk until infant is able to transition to breastfeeding. Everybody’s breastfeeding journey is different, and I’m excited to support you along the way! In my spare time, I enjoy staying active with my husband and two children, Minnesota lake time, sports, running, cooking, and reading.
