I've been helping moms and babies for more than a decade first as peer to peer support lactation counselor, breastfeeding educator and now as a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, the gold standard in lactation care. I provide evidence-based options to you during this precious time after a careful assessment of your medical and birth history and feeding goals. ​I have lived in the UK, Lithuania, Russia, Singapore and the USA so am familiar with a variety of postpartum practices and cultures.
