Bio

Denise is the mother of four children who were all breastfed. She experienced firsthand some of the obstacles that can challenge a mother and baby as they learn the art of breastfeeding. As a result of her personal experiences, Denise is committed to supporting and encouraging mothers who want to breastfeed.

A Macon native, Denise sees a need for breastfeeding support in the Middle Georgia community. She has led community support groups as a breastfeeding counselor through the Middle Georgia Chapter of Breastfeeding USA and continues to volunteer with the organization.

Denise is a member of International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), United States Lactation Consultant Association (USLCA), Southeastern Lactation Consultant Association (SELCA), and Breastfeeding USA.
