Kenneth Toff is the first Lehigh Valley Pediatrician to be designated an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). He is also a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (ABM), International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), United States Lactation Consultant Association (USLCA). Dr. Toff is also qualified to care for children with tethered oral tissues (tongue tie) as a member of the International Association of Tongue Tied Professionals (IATP). Dr. Toff is a strong breastfeeding advocate, providing all new mothers with breastfeeding guidance and support to ensure the lifelong benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby.
