Good therapist on staff but rip-off bait-and-switch billing practices 2 Stars

Dr. Alexandra Isaacs runs a practice called “Mindsy Psychology” who failed to invoice me in a timely manner unit after three sessions were complete. Although I was told I would be billed a $35 copay (after providing my insurance information) she after-the-fact billed me over $200 per session, saying there was a problem with the insurance. I offered to pay $100 per session as a compromise and she refused, even though her company offers a sliding scale. She then cut off communication. Never again.
