Crystal uses Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused skills, and incorporates existential concepts into therapy. She has completed both Basic and Advanced Trainings in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye movement therapy that helps those struggling with emotions, thoughts, and images connected to trauma.
