You can feel better and feel like yourself again with the right treatment. I would welcome the opportunity to hear your story, help you in your journey, and guide you to finding effective solutions to your needs. The way you see things matters. You deserve to have your own voice and be heard. And that is what you can expect with me. I listen and accept you exactly where you are. I am sensitive to your struggles. I understand that it takes time to build trust, and I am willing to put in that time.
I incorporate principles of the latest evidenced-based research-backed theories. I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies (PATHS), Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, and have completed Postpartum Support International’s Perinatal Mental Health class.
