Stacey is currently completing a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Stacey specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, challenges in relationships, existential and self-identity issues, life transitions, relationship with body, and unwanted patterns. Supporting women in the development of self-compassion, connection with self and other, healthy relationships, and safety is an intention and dedication in her work. A passion of Stacey’s is supporting women and men during the perinatal period struggling with loss, grief, identity, emotions, and transition. Along with being a therapist, Stacey is a mother to a little boy.

As a therapist, trained in trauma-informed approaches and attachment re-patterning experiences, Stacey provides a nurturing and safe framework to support the development of the therapeutic relationship. With a secure foundation, the exploration and practice of practical skills occurs to help individuals regulate in session and outside of session. The therapeutic process unfolds, shifts, and grows over time. The therapeutic relationship serves as an opportunity for a corrective experience.
