About

Bio

After receiving her RDN credential, Christine Ju immediately began her career as a self-employed independent consultant. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics, private companies, schools, and food service organizations. Through her experience, she found one-on-one counseling and nutrition education to be the most interesting and rewarding part of her job. As a result, Good Food Nutrition Group, in partnership with Nancy, was born. For her clients, she promotes shutting out the noise of fad diets and the media and focusing on making attainable and sustainable changes for a lifetime of better health. In addition to Good Food Nutrition Group, Christine serves as an adjunct professor at American University, teaching nutrition to undergraduate students. She is also a certified Pilates instructor.

Prior to becoming a dietitian, Christine spent the first 15 years of professional life in marketing communications and project management, working for the private sector on projects spanning the globe. She also holds a degree in Economics.

Outside of work, Christine enjoys travel, snowboarding, Pilates, rock climbing, and cooking.
