Bio

I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and went on to complete my Dietetic Internship at the same university. I spent 5 years working as a clinical dietitian at Banner Heart Hospital and Banner Baywood Medical Centers in Mesa AZ. My work at the hospital encompassed patients with diverse disease states and medical issues (cardiac, kidney, gastrointestinal, diabetes, malnutrition, tube feeding and more). In November 2019 I opened a private practice and am enjoying helping people on their journey to a healthier life through changes they choose to make. I meet my clients where they are and help them move forward through small lifestyle change that add up over time.
