Erin is a Registered Dietitian and leader in the Integrative and Functional Nutrition space. In her practice, she helps women optimise their metabolic, digestive, and hormonal health. This includes focusing on preparing for pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, and on improving infertility. She is also passionate about helping women improve PCOS. Erin gets optimal results for her clients by finding and addressing root causes and by individualizing care. Erin is also a military wife and veteran and mom to three amazing boys.

Yes, I am a mom of 3 young boys who I breastfed for a combined total of 5 years. I also struggled with infertility for a period before I had children. Nutrition was an essential part of my healing journey, as it has been for many of my clients. So the world of prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding nutrition is a high area of experience and passion for me.
