Lisa combines her passion for eating, fitness and health, rolled into one. Each client has the opportunity to learn where their journey is taking them, and how to create their healthiest version of themselves, without sacrificing life’s pleasures. No one’s journey is the same. You’ll work together to merge the physical and mental needs of making a lifestyle change. Then through a holistic approach together you’ll create a plan that is customized to you by taking into account your current nutrition, body composition, and personal goals.
She originally started her path to nutrition in public relations, where she worked with professional athletes and nutrition focused companies to spread brand awareness, while also going back to school for a B.S./M.S. in Foods and Nutrition. This is where she saw the beautiful balance between fitness and nutrition. Add that to her combined degrees in Communications and Food and Nutrition, and you get the recipe for a lot of good conversation about food, fitness and wellness. Her studies took her through classes focused on Advanced Nutrition & Metabolism, Child-Adolescent Nutrition, Integrative Nutrition & Health Therapies, Interventions & Strategies for Weight Management, and more.
