I am proud to be in a profession known to be experts in musculoskeletal problems. The American Physical Therapy Association describes physical therapy as 'the science of healing and the art of caring.' I genuinely enjoy spending time with people and sharing my knowledge. I educate patients on how to move more easily to protect their body and prevent problems in the future. We live in a beautiful area and I love helping people get out and enjoy it. Our bodies are amazing machines and therapy can help restore a person's function to the highest level possible.
Amy joined FYZICAL Traverse City in December 2009. Amy is a native of Traverse City and is a graduate of St. Francis High School. She and her husband Bruce have three children and enjoy camping, hiking, skiing and anything else that gets them outside.
