I am a licensed physical therapist with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation specialist. I am proud to serve Sonoma County and the surrounding area. I treat adults across the gender spectrum, through all stages of development who have pelvic health conditions including pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pregnancy and postpartum issues, and sexual dysfunction. I prioritize trauma informed, compassionate care, and evidence-based techniques to help my clients heal, recover, and thrive in their lives. Treatment techniques include manual therapy techniques like myofascial release, massage, visceral mobilization, lymphatic massage, and therapeutic exercise, postural training, breath retraining. I provide nutrition counseling, bladder retraining, sexual health education, vulvar skin care advice, self care strategies, mindfulness training, yoga and pilates based movement practices, and other holistic approaches to care.
