My name is Alicia Birdsong, founder of Hush Little Birdie Pediatric Sleep Consulting. I work with families to solve their child's sleep problems! In addition to the work I do as a sleep consultant, I also work as a mental health counselor. I live in East Lansing Michigan with my husband and two daughters, Lillian age 5 and Eleanor age 2 1/2.
