As a sleep consultant I provide coaching, trouble-shooting, and education for parents of children from birth to 5 years old. Parents contact me when their child is not sleeping well, experiencing a sleep regression, or also when they would like to set a good foundation to prevent sleep problems.
I'm a former elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom and now professional sleep coach. I have three young children of my own and do bedtime solo most of the time!
