Hi Mama, I'm Kelly and I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant, and with the help of my team, we serve parents who are overwhelmed by the sleep-training process and need the support and help of a trained professional. We partner with you, customizing our approach based on your child’s personality and your parenting style, and educating you on the why behind our process so you can feel empowered to make decisions for your child’s sleep moving forward.


We know how hard sleep training can feel, so we support you every step of the way so you can be confident that your child is responding appropriately and when they are not, we help you make the appropriate adjustments to get you back on track . Special Experience

I am a former co-sleeping, so I especially love working with other co-sleeping families who wish to teach their children to sleep independently in their own sleep environment.
