Certified Child Sleep Consultant, Laura Swartz, earned her child sleep certification through the Family Sleep Institute where she received one-on-one instruction from family sleep pioneer and founder, Deborah Pedrick. Throughout the course of her certification she completed over 70+ hours of training and currently attends continuing education classes and seminars regularly. Laura is qualified to work with children from newborns through age 5, as well as multiples and children with special needs. She graduated Suma Cum Laude from Georgia State University in 2002 with a BA in Early Childhood Education. She began her career as a first grade teacher, and now lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Jimmy, and homeschools their seven children ages 15, 14, 13, 9, 8, 5 and 3.
