Day 1:

  1. Display Week 5 checklist
  2. Week 5 on the Compliment Sheet: Compliment yourself on something from the last seven days. You are answering “What have I done well?” Compliments can repeat. If you did the same thing really well last week as the week before, don’t feel like you need to come up with something different just to add variation.
  3. (New) SET 4: Next week, we will add in CIRCUITS, so make sure you have mastered all the exercises thus far. Focus on your breathing and TAKE YOUR TIME.
