  1. Display Week 7 checklist
  2. Week 7 on Compliment Sheet
  3. (New) SET 5: This week you are introduced to a new SET and a new CIRCUIT. In total, there are 6 SETS and 5 CIRCUITS.
  4. Food Journal and Plan Meals

  1. BIR: Persevere Through the Poop
  2. (New) CIRCUIT 2: SETS can be broken up throughout the days, but aim to block off at least 25–30 minutes for a CIRCUIT.
