Day 1:

  1. Display Week 9 checklist
  2. Week 9 on Compliment Sheet
  3. SET 1: The SETS will start to repeat, but you should be getting stronger, so make sure to progress the exercises.
  4. Food Journal and Plan Meals

Day 2:

  1. (New) CIRCUIT 4. Make sure you are pushing yourself during the CIRCUITS without compromising your pelvic floor and abdominal function. If your belly bulges or you feel downward pressure, ease up and gradually increase the intensity in coming weeks.

Day 4:

  1. Posture Recheck: Open the pictures you took last week and do a reanalysis of your posture.
