Typical use concentrations of these ingredients are < 10 ppm. The Panel noted that the low use concentrations and negative safety test data reviewed obviate any concerns relating to the safety of these ingredients in cosmetic products. Thus, the Panel concluded that these ingredients are safe in the present practices of use and concentration in cosmetics.
